Jessica Estévez

Co-Founder

Jessica Estévez is a strengths-builder, faith-rooted equity educator, and advocate for intergenerational, community-centered leadership. With over 25 years of experience, she has led civic learning and strategic change initiatives across nonprofit, philanthropic, education, healthcare, government, and corporate sectors. Her bilingual and bicultural perspective, shaped by her Dominican and immigrant roots, brings authenticity, care, and cultural fluency to every space she serves.

She is the founder of MiGente MiPueblo, a nonprofit elevating Latine narratives through healing, arts, and advocacy, and a W.K. Kellogg Foundation Global Fellow committed to racial healing and civic transformation.

Edwin F. Estévez, Ph.D

Co-Founder

Edwin Estévez is a systems-oriented leader committed to transformational growth at the individual, team, and organizational levels. With more than 20 years of experience, he has designed and delivered growth opportunities for diverse audiences as a bilingual communicator, multicultural public speaker, international educator, and organizational leader.

His work spans international education across Mozambique, South Africa, the Dominican Republic, Thailand, Spain, and Paraguay, as well as clinical social work in mental health counseling, healthcare risk management, and cross-sector business development.
